Returnand Refund Policy


In accordance with the French Consumer Code and European Union law, you have the right to withdraw and return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without penalty (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Our store additionally offers an extended voluntary period: you may return your items up to 30 days after receipt under the same conditions as above.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Excluded from Return
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care and hygiene products once the packaging has been opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

(you may also reach us by phone or through our contact form). Returns must be sent to the following address: [YOUR COMPLETE RETURN ADDRESS WITH NAME, STREET, POSTAL CODE, CITY, COUNTR. Any item sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or shipped in error by us, the direct costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and then place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days and in any case no later than 14 days in accordance with EU regulations. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@eloriastore.fr
